Well I have been doing some crunches and bicycle crunches for the past week now, and I was wondering, after any set of crunches should you feel a bit of an abdominal pain? kind of like a cramp? but, i mean the pain doesn’t stay it goes away after a couple seconds.. but i was just wondering if your supposed to have a kind of a burning feel when you do ab workouts.
