If your body is that of an ectomorph then you are probably experiencing difficulty trying to build your muscles. Your genes do not allow you to build your muscles as first as you would like. this should however not prompt you to start taking steroids because you are going to suffer from various side effects. there are various side effects associated with steroids abuse such as; enlargement of the clitoris, shrinking of the testicles, low libido, low sperm count, increased acne, increased aggression, insomnia, depression, kidney problems, liver problems and heart conditions. Some of the common physical traits of the ectomorph include; thin, flat chest, delicate build, tall, light muscled, stoop shouldered, young looking, narrow bones. there personality traits include; mentally intense, self conscious, prefer privacy, socially anxious, and emotionally restrained. all these traits do not encourage the development of bigger and stronger muscles. with all this advantages of being an ectomorph you are probably wondering about the pros of being an ectomorph.
There are pros of being an ectomorph such as;
1. Enjoying your food
Your body metabolism allows you to eat as much food as you want without fearing that you are going to gain weight. you get to enjoy eating a variety of foods without thinking of the consequences. other people have to calculate there calories first.
2. slow Aging
The metabolism of a person slows down as they get older and this means therefore that they start to store more fat than muscles. as an ectomorph, your body will not be affected as such since your body metabolism was very fast to begin with. you will therefore end up aging like fine wine. If you start going to the gym, you will end up looking pretty good even in your old age.
