The Ab Circle is really helping my abs get toned into great shape. I have used my Ab Circle for the last 6 days and it has made a tremendous improvement on my abs. The Ab Circle does give great results as I have only used it for 6 days now and I have surely seen improvements in my lower abs. I didn’t think that I would be working out my cardio as much on the Ab Circle but it is surely noticeable if you don’t get those kind of workouts. you might find yourself working out muscles you never knew you had. make sure you look for results your getting instead of looking for strain and stress because sometimes strain and stress won’t help but it will hurt you.
I get myself working out with some good music on my Ab Circle that last for roughly 3 minutes long. sometimes I have trouble calculating a good three minutes for my Ab Circle workout. I do have a clock I can look up at while using my Ab Circle but its much easier to know your done when the song you just started 3 minutes ago goes off. Playing your favorite song can help give you the energy you need to finish your workout.
The Ab Circle is easy to install and doesn’t take very long at all. I put mine together really easy but most of the time was just spend taking it out of the wrappers. I’m not much of an instruction reader and I was able to put it together just fine. Your not going to need a toolbox or anything extra to install your Ab Circle.
